What’s up peabodies!
Sorry for the delay in writing a new article, but I’m a student, and as a student you, especially a university student, you don’t have much time for anything but textbooks, homework, Microsoft word, and the like. I’ve been meaning to update this site from like two months ago, but I wasn’t able to, and I’m sorry, i hope i haven’t lost any of my fans.

On the bright side the Black Eyed Peas have officially announced the second part of their North American tour, and I am astatic because, oh yes their coming to the T-Dot, by which most of you already know :).

On greater news the Black Eyed Peas are to be part of the Rolling Stone Magazine, set to be released on April 29th, 2010, with their article “The Science of Global Pop Domination” because let’s face it, the past year for the peas has had them nothing but success, and they truly have been dominating around the globe. With this I’d like to congradulate the peas on this milestone in their career, and I absolutely cannot wait to get my hands on this copy of the Rolling Stone magazine!

Nickelodeon kid choice awards & imma be rocking that body is now live!

The nominations have been announced for Nickelodeon's 23rd Annual Kids' Choice Awards. They will be presented on March 27, 2010 in Los Angeles, California. The traditional orange carpet and slime will be featured. It does seem like it's getting harder to tell the difference between pop music for kids and pop music for adults. Voting for the winners will begin on Nickelodeon's web sites beginning February 25, 2010. Below are the music award nominees.

That time has finally come!
We’ve all been waiting for the official premiere of the new black eyed peas music video but really couldn’t figure out which would be released next could we? I mean we have rock that body being played in canada and most parts of the world, then soon after imma be got massive exposure over radio stations, and at the grammy’s so what the heck is going on? i’ll tell you what’s going on. this tuesday february 16, 2o1o the black eyed peas will not only release the video for imma be, but will also release rock that body. That’s right peabodies, thats two black eyed peas videos in one day! and i can barely believe it myself! So stayed tuned, and check out dipdive, the black eyed peas official website, youtube or whatever because you don’t want to miss this massive release!

North American Tour!

As most of you already know, the north american tour has finally kicked off! And in celebration i wanted to add a whole new page to the website! It will be located most likely in the tours section and will display photos of the tour itself! I want to get the peabodies involved in this website as much as possible, so if you want your pictures to be displayed on www.bepbitch.com then send them in to my e-mail, and i will post them within 48 hours! Imma Be Living That Good Life!

So, as most of you already know, there has been a mix up about what the next official single that the Black Eyed Peas would release. At first we were promised “Missing You”, then on Canadian Radio stations, most of us heard “Rock That Body” and later Across America, then spreading practically world, we started hearing “Imma Be”. Even though most of us don’t know exactly what video the Peas are shooting for, and what single their aiming to officially release, one thing we know is that Imma Be is doing amazing. As of today’s date, January 26, the Billboard top 100 shows it’s standing at #15, and iTunes in the states shows it at #4. On Canadian Charts however it’s standing steadily at #52, and considering it hasn’t got much radio play, nor has it been publicized, at all, this is pretty AMAZING. I mean i heard it one the radio once. So my guess is that we’ll be seeing a new #1 on the top 100, for a while, lets try beating our 6 months peas! Good Luck =]
On another note, The Black Eyed Peas were presented with “best international Group/duo at the NRJ awards in Cannes, France on January 23, 2010, but during the awards, but shortly after the award was taken away. They had mistakenly given it to the wrong group. It turned out that the award belongs to German pop rock band Tokio Hotel. In my opinion, the peas deserved that award considering their standing and their success in the past year, but let’s keep our heads up high because the peas are only getting better =]

BEP PERFORMING @ the first annual chinese peace concert!

The Black Eyed Peas will be playing a free Show of Peace concert this spring in Beijing, China.

Legendary Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page and Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry are also set to appear at the event.

The first annual Show of Peace concert, which will be televised globally on April 17, is expected to draw roughly 100,000 people to Beijing's Bird's Nest stadium. The event marks Earth Day, which is celebrated annually to promote environmental awareness, promoter Rick Garson says.

"Tickets are free," he said. "You can't charge for peace and green. It is going to be for everybody, it's like China's gift to the world and the people."

"What we are going to do is raise money, obviously, from sponsorship, international distribution, merchandising, Internet, ringtones, DVDs, CDs. That's how we are doing it, it is being self-funded as we speak."

Imma Be Music Video!

First, and foremost i’d like to apologize for the lack of updates on the website lately, my computer unfortunately crashed, and i have been trying to back up and restore all my files! i hope i haven’t lost any fans, or what not and i hope you enjoy the updates from today on. I will be adding more pages soon & you’ll be happy to hear about the new additions, but they are not going to be available for some time, so please be patient!

Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve been all anxiously waiting on which hit song off of the e.n.d. would be the lucky new single. At first we heard rock that body, blasting all over canadian radio stations and in other countries around the world, and finally we heard imma be. So which will it be?

Lucky enough we have our answer, because the peas have been busy shooting the video for imma be, and which goes to confirm that the next single is in fact imma be.

“Pop superstar Fergie looked stunning in a space-age black metallic body suit and silver high heels during a shoot for the latest Black Eyed Peas video.
The singer sported her futuristic outfit for the video for Imma Be where she had to sing and dance on a lonely desert road near Los Angeles on Wednesday with extras dressed-up as robots.
Fellow band members Will.i.am, Taboo and Apl.de.ap were also present on the set which was interrupted by a sudden sand storm!
Sexy Fergie wrapped herself in a blanket and was buffered by an assistant as the storm passed and the cast and crew took shelter.”

THE E.n.d. 2010 TOUR DATES ANNOUNCED!

Three-time Grammy Award winning recording artist, The Black Eyed Peas today announced dates for their 100-date headline tour. Described as the ultimate Black Eyed Peas party experience, it also marks the first time that the group - Will.I.Am. Apl.De.Ap Taboo and Fergie - is united for a North American headline tour since their 2006 Monkey Business world tour.

The North American leg of "The E.N.D. World Tour 2010," produced by AEG Live, will kick off at Philips Arena in Atlanta on February 4, 2010, and conclude on April 11th at GM Place in Vancouver. After a short break, the tour resumes in May with shows across Europe and the UK. Special ticket pre-sales for The Black Eyed Peas' fan club members will be announced in the days ahead. National ticket on-sale dates begin December 12th. Ticket prices will carry reasonable value and will be accessible to all fans.
